Yoga in Healthcare

The benefits of yoga to our psychophysical health are growing, and there is a remarkable number of research that incorporate yoga in trails. Over the years, the medical community has taken notice and interest in yoga as an alternative and complimentary approach. Health care systems around the world realise that therapeutic interventions, such as yoga and mindfulness, are more cost-effective than the price of healthcare and allopathic medicine. Yoga does not offer the quick relief that medicines or an operation can provide. Nevertheless, it can reduce the prevalence of a number of health conditions and may alleviate the severity of some of the symptoms in certain situations.
