My Approach

My teaching is sensitive and respects everyone’s uniqueness and starting point, even if you are new to yoga or have experience. I offer sessions that combine the wisdom from modern and traditional yoga methods with insight into neuroscience and scientific knowledge to positively influence your mental, emotional and physical health, and take your wellbeing into your own hands.


My intention is to provide the tools to empower you to recognise and address what is needed to improve your health, and live a happier and healthier life. Each yoga session is unique and is carefully designed to your specific needs, promoting a practice that supports and improves your physical strength, your body awareness and your wellbeing in a safe and progressive way.
